They employ eco-friendly materials and print technologies, including paper-based packaging for their tags and wrappers. These hole punched hangtags are printed on 130lb gloss cardstock. The self-covered catalog is 32 pages, printed on durable 100lb blazer gloss.
Multi-Fold Trail Maps

This saddle-stitch brochure (left) is a good solution for summary documents, while a perfect-bound flat spine is better for this 80 page alumni magazine (right). This 4-page newsletter (top) is printed with the recipients name on 80lb gloss coated text. It is folded from 11" x 17" to 8.5"w x 5.5"h and sealed with a tab for mailing. Agents can also log onto their company portal to order postcards customized with their specific information by uploading images and addresses for mailing. This impressive jumbo-sized postcard (bottom-left) is 11" x 6", printed on thick silk coated cover.

When Spicewalla Brand teamed up with celebrity T-Pain, they wanted a special limited-edited package to make their flavor collection really pop. This box is digitally printed with white and gold ink on 132lb deep black Neenah folding board with an eggshell texture, and custom die-stamped using our original Heidelberg cutter.

Echoview Fiber Mill is an award-winning manufacturer dedicated to sustainable practices. These charming packages are printed flat with UV ink on kraft folding board and die-cut to shape.
Tradeshow Essentials
In today's competitive marketplace, tradeshows and events provide a unique opportunity to promote your business. This travel-friendly ensemble includes a retractable floor banner with carry case (right), easy-roll vinyl banner (top) and a table throw (front) with adjustable tabs to neatly fit either a 6 foot or 8 foot table.
Banner Screens
Banners can totally transform any sports field. In addition to promoting teams and sponsors, they also protect ball play from wind interference. This uniform series of banners are all printed on resilient 80oz mesh with gloss liner. Grommets provide simple, secure attachment.
Reflective Signs
We produce signs of all shapes and sizes. These parking signs with rounded corners are posted at Blue Ridge Health centers around the region. They are printed on transit grade reflective vinyl for high visibility and applied to 0.8mm aluminum. The final sign is 9" wide x 13" high.

Yard signs are a popular and practical solution for attracting local attention. But when it comes to durability, not all yard signs are created equally. This example for Mike's Heating and Cooling is made from sturdy 4mm corrugated plastic, printed directly on a vacuum-flatbed large format printer with weather-resistant UV ink.
Sign Boards
This commercial sign board for Buchanan Construction is 72" x 48". It is digitally printed directly onto 4mm polymetal using our Acuity wide-format flatbed. Polymetal is a versatile aluminum composite material (ACM), made from aluminum on two sides of a recycled thermoplastic core. It is durable, lightweight and resists corrosion. A protective overlaminate was applied to the surface to inhibit UV damage.
Wall Decals
This wall mural is bright, durable and washable - perfect for a Middle School. It is printed on 0.6 semi-rigid vinyl film which is embossed with a canvas pattern. When professionally applied, this material is designed to adhere aggressively to most surfaces including glass, tiles and painted metals for years of enjoyment.
Continuous Wall Wrap
A grand walkway deserves a grand statement. This prime advertising position in a busy airport is changed out monthly, so it needs to be easy to remove. The wall wrap for GE AeroSpace is 20 foot long and 3.5 foot tall. It is printed in a continuous roll on 6mil Argent All-in-one, a semi-rigid, pressure sensitive vinyl that can endure the rigors of heavy traffic.
Indoor Murals
Airport lobbies are an excellent venue for large format graphics. These 9 foot advertisements are printed on Photo Tex, a revolutionary self-adhesive polyester fabric which can be applied directly to walls. Unlike vinyl it can be repositioned to achieve a flawless wrinkle-free surface and can be removed without residue to be reused or recycled!
